The middle syndicate went on a trip to the local museum to learn more about the history of our town. It was very interesting. We found out that the Motueka Wharf has not always been where it is today. It used to be further up the coast near the Kumaras.We also spent time at Memorial Park playing games such as long ball which Mrs Latimer organised for us and we had a picnic lunch under the trees. It was a l-o-n-g walk from school in the hot sun. Everyone did very well and it was great to have so many parents come along too.
