At Labour Weekend our school celebrated their 50th Jubilee. Each class did a performance on stage. The Middle School danced to music from the '70's and '80's. One group of girls danced to Material Girl by Madonna, the boys danced to Funkytown by Pseudo Echo and another group of girls danced to Girls just wanna have fun by Cyndi Lauper.
Some of the girls in Room 7 are also part of the Kapa Haka group. They also performed on stage at the Jubilee concert. Here they are singing "Haere mai" to welcome our visitors to our school.
The boys are getting "funky" on stage by doing their special worm move!! They did very well and looked great in their costumes.By everyone in Room 7
